The students and faculty of Divergent Studio will perform a program of works by guest composer Hannah Lash, a composer whose music has been called “striking and resourceful…handsomely brooding” by the New York Times. The program is centered around two major theatrical works written for loadbang, ‘Stoned Prince’ with libretto by Royce Vavrek and ‘The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweep’ the composers take on the classic and dark farytale by Hans Christian Andersen in which she joins loadbang on harp.
